DupliX Coach Hub – Accredited Coach Terms & Conditions

1. About the DupliX Coach Hub
The DupliX Coach Hub (“Coach Hub”) is a programme operated by DupliX that provides accredited coaches with access to DupliX communication systems, training tools, and preferential hardware pricing, subject to eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. “DupliX”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the owner and operator of the DupliX Coach Hub (EquestrianX LTD).
2. Eligibility & Accreditation
Membership of the DupliX Coach Hub is strictly limited to accredited, active coaches. By applying for or joining the Coach Hub, you confirm that: You hold a current, recognised coaching qualification relevant to your discipline. You are actively coaching on a professional or semi-professional basis All accreditation details provided are accurate and up to date. DupliX reserves the right to: Request proof of accreditation at any time, suspend or terminate Coach Hub membership if accreditation lapses, is withdrawn, or is found to be misrepresented.
3. Coach Hub Benefits
Approved Coach Hub members may receive:

Coach-specific support, training, or promotional opportunities

All benefits are non-transferable and provided at DupliX’s discretion
4. Coach Discount Usage
The DupliX Coach discount: Is for the personal professional use of the accredited coach only. Must not be shared, resold, transferred, or used on behalf of third parties. Must not be used for bulk purchasing, resale, or commercial redistribution. Discount Stacking Prohibited. The DupliX Coach discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, bundle, sale price, or offer, unless explicitly stated in writing by DupliX.
5. Order Review & Cancellation Rights
DupliX Coach Hub reserves the right to review, cancel, or refuse any order placed using a Coach Hub discount if, in DupliX’s reasonable opinion: The discount has been misused or applied incorrectly. Multiple discounts have been combined. The order appears to be for resale or third-party use. Eligibility or accreditation cannot be verified. An administrative or pricing error has occurred. Cancelled orders will be refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.
6. Intended Use & Responsibility
Coach Hub equipment is intended for: Coaching, training, and instructional communication. It is not intended for: Emergency communications, Safety-critical or life-dependent systems. Coaches remain fully responsible for: Safe coaching practices. Appropriate supervision of riders or participants. Ensuring equipment is used correctly and safely.
7. Equipment, Compatibility & Performance
Coach Hub hardware is designed for use with approved DupliX devices & accessories only. DupliX does not guarantee: Uninterrupted communication, performance in all environments or conditions, wireless performance may be affected by terrain, interference, weather, or incorrect setup.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Where software or digital services are provided: Personal data will be processed in accordance with DupliX’s Privacy Policy. Audio is not recorded unless explicitly stated Coaches are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from riders or participants.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to the DupliX Coach Hub, including hardware design, software, firmware, branding, and documentation, remains the property of DupliX. Unauthorised copying, modification, resale, or branding use is prohibited.
10. Warranty
Coach Hub hardware is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty in line with UK consumer law. The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, Accidental or deliberate damage, Misuse or unauthorised modification, Damage caused by incompatible equipment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: DupliX (EquestrianX LTD) shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. DupliX’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Termination of Coach Hub Membership
DupliX may suspend or terminate Coach Hub membership without notice if: These Terms & Conditions are breached, Coach accreditation is lost or misrepresented, discount misuse or abuse is identified. Termination may result in the loss of future discounts and benefits.
13. Changes to the Programme
DupliX reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Coach Hub programme, benefits, or eligibility criteria at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
