1. Who we are and the scope of this policy
EQUESTRIANX LTD is responsible for personal information used to operate equestrianX.com and manage its website enquiries, shop orders and customer relationships. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11769472, with our registered office at 52 Albion Way, Verwood, Dorset, BH31 7LR, United Kingdom.

This policy concerns website visitors and ecommerce customers, including purchasers of DupliX physical hardware. Website newsletter and DupliX App launch-interest signups are covered here. Use of the DupliX App itself is described separately in the DupliX App Privacy Notice. Signing up for launch news does not create an app account.
2. Information collected through the website
Depending on how you use the site, information may include:
• Visitor information: IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, referring source, timestamps and security logs.
• Enquiries and forms: name, email address, telephone number, message contents, correspondence and information you choose to supply through contact or chat facilities.
• Customer and account information: contact details, billing and delivery addresses, account identifiers and preferences.
• Orders and services: items purchased, quantities, order references, booking details, payment status, transaction references, delivery instructions, returns and support history.
• Newsletter and launch signups: name, email address, selected interests or role where supplied, and the wording, time and status of your marketing choice.
• Cookie and analytics information: identifiers, choices and website interaction data where the relevant technology is used lawfully.
We receive information from you and from website, payment and delivery systems involved in your request. If you provide another recipient's details, ensure you are entitled to do so. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for a website enquiry or purchase.

We may receive tracking, delivery or exception information from them. Product-specific fulfilment arrangements must be explained where they involve additional use of your information.
5. Marketing, newsletters and launch communications
We use signup details to send the communications you request, including DupliX App launch updates. Consent to launch news is not consent to unrelated marketing. A purchase, general enquiry or acceptance of website terms does not by itself constitute marketing consent.
Where legally permitted, marketing about our own similar products may use an existing-customer exception only when its conditions, including appropriate opt-out opportunities, are satisfied. Every marketing message must identify the sender and provide a way to unsubscribe. You may also contact info@equestrianX.com to object or withdraw consent.
We keep the preference and evidence needed to honour your choice. A minimal suppression record may remain after an opt-out so that we do not add you back inadvertently. Essential order and service messages are separate from marketing.
6. Cookies, analytics and tracking
The Wix-hosted website uses technologies needed for functions such as security, sessions and shopping. Optional analytics, advertising or embedded services may involve additional cookies or similar identifiers where enabled. Wix supplies the website platform and associated services used on this site, including hosting, Stores, Forms, Bookings, member-account and chat facilities. Other recipient categories include payment providers, delivery and fulfilment businesses, email and communications providers, professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is required or otherwise lawful. We share information relevant to the particular purpose, rather than granting every provider access to every record. Some providers act as processors for us; others have independent legal responsibilities.
Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer occurs, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards are required. Contact us for information about the relevant recipients and safeguards or how to obtain a copy where applicable.
8. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal requirements. Order and financial records are assessed against accounting and tax duties and relevant claim periods. Enquiry and support records are assessed against the ongoing issue and reasonable follow-up needs. Marketing records are reviewed against your preferences and continued relevance; suppression information may be retained to respect an objection.
Technical and cookie data should follow the period appropriate to the security or analytics purpose and the applicable cookie information. We will update this policy when website processing changes and provide additional information or seek a new choice where required. Material changes will be brought to your attention appropriately. The separate DupliX App Privacy Notice remains the relevant notice for the app's own operation.
